What is Sensit?

SENSIT is a wireless parking occupancy detection platform. The SENSIT system can monitor real-time occupancy information on individual parking spaces. The SENSIT is fully wireless and does not require communication or power wiring making it an ideal suited for installation in car parks, surface lots or on-street parking spaces.

Why Sensit?

Measuring occupancy of individual parking spaces allows you to facilitate parking guidance, guiding traffic to free parking spaces. The information can also be used for on-street parking enforcement and overstay detection.

Combining the information from the sensors with the information from the pay and display machines, you know exactly if a vehicle is overstaying the allowed parking time. An enforcement officer can instantly be alerted to the presence of nearby overstaying vehicles. Based on this information you provide more efficient enforcement, increasing parking revenue collection.
