The Multi Technology Reader (MTR) module is a proximity smartcard interface module for the TRANSIT Entry reader. The MTR module enables the TRANSIT Entry reader to read standard proximity and smartcards, allowing it to operate at standard prox ranges with existing credentials as well as providing long range access when combined with Nedap AVI’s booster technology.
